Description
The one day course is essential for both healthcare professionals and caregivers. This course covers alternative therapies and approaches to care for individuals with Alzheimer’s Disease and related dementia. The Alzheimer’s disease and Dementia Care Seminar is required for those pursuing certification as a Certified Dementia Practitioner and who qualify for Certified Dementia Practitioner certification.
Upon course completion, you can earn 7 continuing education (CE) credits through the Continuing Education Institute of Illinois and may apply for the Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) Certification through the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners.

Cost per person is $195 without CEU, $220 with CEU, $75 CDV
